PRINCETON, N.J. – The 2025 season will come to a close for the No. 3 Princeton University men's lightweight rowing team at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) Championships at the Cooper River in Camden, New Jersey, from June 30 – May 1.
Princeton enters the IRA National Championships with the 1V ranked No. 3 nationally and the 2V No. 4. Most recently, the Tigers raced at Eastern Sprints on May 18 in Worcester, Massachusetts, and earned a second-place finish in the team standings with 30.00 points behind Harvard, who had 39.00 points. The 3V left Eastern Sprints with silver the 1V bronze.
Last Time At The IRA National Championships
Princeton finished third at the 2024 IRA National Championships which took place in West Windsor, New Jersey. The 1V collected its second straight medal, winning silver in its Grand Final while the 2V also advanced to its Grand Final, finishing sixth.
