March 14, 2026 | Women's Track and Field
FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. – Georgina Scoot earned First Team All-America honors in the triple jump on Saturday at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Fayetteville.
Setting a new Ivy League record, Scoot jumped a new personal best of 13.49m / 44-3¼ to claim sixth place in the nation.
The performance bested her own Ivy League record of 13.47m, set earlier this season at the Quaker Invite.
Concluding a dominant season with her best performance to date, Scoot has gone undefeated in the triple jump this season while earning her fourth-straight indoor Ivy League triple jump championship title.
Making her NCAA indoor championship debut, it is the senior's first time being named to the First Team All-America.
Joining her in Fayetteville this weekend is teammate Alexandra Kelly, who was named a First Team All-American yesterday with a third place finish in the long jump.
With the indoor season now concluded, Scoot, Kelly and the Tigers will look ahead to the outdoor season as Princeton seeks to complete a second-straight Ivy League Triple Crown. The Tigers will kick off the action next Saturday at the Penn Challenge.
