Baseball Falls In Series Finale To Wofford

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Princeton Baseball Team fell short 5-2 in their last game of the Spring Break road trip to the Wofford Terriers.
Wofford opened up scoring in this ball game, putting up a run in the first.
Princeton answered back in the following inning, when Isaac Lamson singled home Will Robbins.
Wofford followed at the bottom of the inning by putting up four unanswered runs, making it a 5-2 game.
Brady Kaufman started on the mound for the Tigers, allowing just one hit, one run and striking out two over five innings.
The Tigers host their first home series of the season this upcoming weekend at Clarke Field, against Cornell (Mar. 21-22).
