No. 31 PRINCETON (13-5) vs. No. 44 PENN (14-6)

Philadelphia, Pa.
The last time the eight Ivy League men's tennis teams got toether, it was at Princeton in February for the ECAC tournament. It was Princeton who came away with the trophy in that event.
Now the competition for the actual Ivy League championship begins, with two matches this weekend to start a 28-day round-robin sprint. For Princeton, it means a short trip to Penn Saturday at 2.
Who is the Ivy favorite? That's hard to say, given how six of the eight teams are ranked in the top 48 of this week's ITA rankings. In fact, all six of those teams are ranked between 29 (Cornell) and 48 (Harvard). In between are No. 31 Princeton, No. 33 Columbia, No. 37 Yale and No. 44 Penn.
Princeton will be playing for the first time in two weeks, since its Spring Break trip to California, where the Tigers defeated No. 62 Memphis and lost to No. 13 San Diego. Princeton is 11-5 as it heads into the match at Penn.
The Quakers are 14-6 on the season. Princeton defeated Penn 4-0 in the ECAC semifinals.
Princeton's Paul Inchauspe continues to be ranked fifth in the ITA singles rankings. Penn's Manfredi Graziani is ranked 60th.
Graziani and Aaron Sandler are ranked seven in doubles, or seven spots ahead of Inchauspe and Landon Ardila. Penn's Vojtech Vales and Shaurya Bharadwaj are ranked 77th.
