No. 14 Women's Water Polo Begins Spring Break Trip Saturday

PRINCETON – The No. 14 Princeton Women's Water Polo Team begins its Spring Break trip with two contests at the Convergence Tournament on Saturday.
The Tigers will take on No. 7 LMU (2 p.m. ET, 11 a.m. PT) and Fresno Pacific (5:45 p.m. ET, 2:45 pm PT). Both games will be statted on FOSH.
Princeton is 14-1 this season and 3-1 in the CWPA with five ranked victories. The Tigers had 14-game winning streak come to an end with the loss to No. 13 Harvard. That was the second longest streak to start a year in program history.
Shanna Davidson leads the Tigers in goals (36) along with a team-best 29 steals. Didi Evans paces Princeton with 81 points, sporting 33 tallies and 48 assists, along with 20 steals. Olivia Krotts (33), Ava Houlahan (29), Vivian Golub (24), Charlotte Riches (17), Ally Lurie (12) and Kendall Wyer (11) have also recorded at least 10 goals this season.
Lindsey Lucas is 11-1 in the cage for the Tigers with 103 stops and a .548 save percentage.
Michigan leads the CWPA with a 4-0 mark followed by Harvard at 4-1 and Princeton at 3-1. The first-place winner receives a bye in the CWPA Tournament.
The Tigers have had a player win a CWPA weekly honor in all but one week they've played in Evans (Jan. 26, Rookie, Feb. 2, Rookie), Davidson (Feb. 2, Player), Golub (Feb. 9, Rookie, Feb. 23, Rookie) and Lurie (Feb. 16, Player).
