#3 Heavyweight Rowing Earn Coaching Staff Of The Year & Second Team All-Ivy Accolades

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Ivy League announced its postseason awards Wednesday afternoon, and the Princeton University heavyweight rowing team's coaching staff was named Coaching Staff of the Year and the 1V was named Second Team All-Ivy.

Head Coach Greg Hughes along with assistant coaches Jason Elefant, Sergio Espinoza and Hutch Collins received Coaching Staff of the Year honors after guiding the Tigers to a Rowe Cup championship for highest team point total on May 17 at Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Massachusetts. They helped the 2V, 3V, 4V and 5V win gold medals and the 1V and V4 silvers.

The 1V earned second team honors after recording a second-place finish in its Grand Final at Eastern Sprints.

The Tiger's 1V consists of Joseph Cutaia, Matt Cashman, Marcus Chute, Theo Bell, Trygve Bye Loken, Kian Aminian, Cy Rosenberg, Tristan Wenger and Dan Cashman.

In addition, Bell was an Academic All-Ivy League honoree.
