Women's Ice Hockey Has All 22 Student-Athletes Named ECAC All-Academic
July 15, 2026 | Women's Ice Hockey
All 22 members of Princeton's women's ice hockey team have been named to the ECAC All-Academic Team as announced by the conference.
To be selected, a player must maintain either a 3.0 cumulative GPA or have earned a 3.0 GPA over the past three semesters.
"It has been a total team effort this season in so many areas, and to see the entire team honored together for their work in the classroom is special," said head coach Courtney Kessel. "That collective mindset of improvement and challenging each other is what drives us a group and is emblematic of the cohesive culture we are building as a program."
In addition to all 22 players being named to the ECAC All-Academic Team, Teja Gatfield has been named to the ECAC Commissioner's List as the player on the team with the highest cumulative GPA at the end of the 2025-26 academic year.
