Before Princeton: Four-time cross country all-conference selection and was a three-time conference champion ... three-time all-state in cross country and was the state champion in 2013 ... named first-team all-metro by St. Louis Post Dispatch three times in cross country and two in track ... four-time all-conference in track and was seven-time champion ... named all-state in track eight times ... 2012 state champion in the 3200 (9:11) and the 2013 state champion in the 800 (1:54) ... the 2013 Missouri Gatorade Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... a 2013 Footlocker Finalist and a 2014 Brooks PR Qualifier ... holds school records in the 800 (1:52.19), mile (4:10.46), 3200 (8:54.45) and in the 5k/XC (15:13) ... is the conference record holder in the 1600 (4:13) and state record in cross country (15:22).
