After graduating from Princeton in 2017, Ally Markovich returned to the Tigers in fall 2018 as a volunteer assistant coach.

Markovich began as a walk-on at Princeton, eventually evolving into an Academic All-America, NCAA Regional Qualifier, Ivy League Scorer, and Second-Team All-Ivy League runner. She holds PR's of 16:29 in the 5k, 10:26 in the steeplechase, and 20:46 in the cross country 6k. Previously, Markovich has worked as an assistant cross country coach at Hawken School in Gates Mills, Ohio.

Markovich is currently participating in the Program for Teacher Preparation at Princeton, through which she will earn a license to teach secondary English in public schools.
