Matt Fleekop came to Princeton University in August of 2017 year and serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men’s Lacrosse, Men’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, Women’s Ice Hockey and assists with Football.
Prior to joining Princeton University, Coach Fleekop completed internships at Endeavor Sport's Performance, EXOS, and Purdue University, and later served as the head strength and conditioning coach at Rollins College.
Coach Fleekop graduated from Rowan University in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and went on to earn a Master's Degree in 2016 at Salisbury University where he was a Graduate Assistant studying Health Physiology and Strength and Conditioning. Coach Fleekop is a certified member of the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Growing up, Coach Fleekop was a 3-sport (ice hockey, baseball, basketball) and continued playing ice hockey at Rowan University. Currently (2015-present), Coach Fleekop competes in powerlifting.
