Bruno Carvalho is an Academic-Athletic Fellow with the women's soccer program and is an assistant professor in the Spanish and Portuguese department.

Carvalho has written on a range of cultural topics for publications in the architecture and Latin American cultural fields. Carvalho is also affiliated for the Center of African American Studies and associated with the Program in Urban Studies, the Princeton Environmental Institute and the Program in Latin American Studies. He received his Ph.D from Harvard.
