Eight Receive Men's Water Polo All-Academic Awards

Eight members of the Princeton men's water polo team were announced as recipients of 2008 Men's All-Academic Awards by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches.
The group was comprised of one senior, four juniors, one sophomore and two freshmen. Princeton also had the third-highest team GPA of all men's programs. Brown and St. Francis tied with the top average, while Princeton and Stanford tied for third.
Student-athletes eligible for the awards must have competed in at least 50 percent of the team's games played and have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
