| Princeton trailed only after the game's first basket, but that doesn't mean Saturday night's 74-64 win over Columbia was easy. The Tigers got out to a 10-point lead midway through the first half, and Columbia gobbled up the gap. It got to nine later in the half, and back came Columbia again. Even when the Princeton lead got back to double digits and stayed that way into the final two minutes, Columbia kept chipping away, getting as close as eight points in the final minute of play. Ultimately, in a battle of teams playing for a 20-win season, Princeton will retain the chance to reach the milestone Tuesday night against Penn, while Columbia can only hope to do so in the postseason. Princeton last won 20 games just two years ago, while a Columbia win would have put the Lions at 20 for the first time since 1970. |

| Clay Wilson had a nifty move under the basket to give himself 16 points on the night and stake Princeton to a 14-point lead with 95 seconds to go. Try as Columbia did, the lead proved insurmountable. |
