FRIENDS OF JACLYN
Sunday's contest against American will serve as Princeton's annual Friends of Jaclyn game. Carmela Loschiavo was adopted by Princeton field hockey in the fall of 2010 through the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation.
FOJ connects children who are battling pediatric brain tumors with college sports teams. The mission of FOJ is to provide love, support and friendship for the child and her family as they navigate all the challenges that come with battling this horrible disease.
The Tigers are grateful to welcome the Loschaivo Family on Sunday, Sept. 20 to help shine the light on the FOJ program. In addition to raising awareness for FOJ, the Tigers want to celebrate Carmela — a little girl whose strength, determination and will is awe-inspiring. Princeton would like to thank the Loschiavo family for their gift of hope, perspective and love.
