Ticket Information for the Ivy League Basketball Tournaments

The Princeton men's basketball and women's basketball teams have both clinched a berth in the inaugural Ivy League Basketball Tournaments at the Palestra in Philadelphia, Pa.

The Princeton men sit a perfect 12-0 in Ivy League play and have clinched a share of the Ivy League regular season championship. They look to extend their 15-game winning streak and capture the regular season title outright when they host Harvard this Friday, March 3 (Jadwin Gym, 5 p.m.). The Princeton women used a recent eight-game league winning streak to propel themselves to second in the Ivy League standings (8-3). With three games to play, they look to make up ground on first-place Penn and secure a regular season title of their own.

The Ivy League has allotted a certain number of tickets for each qualifying team to sell for the tournament, being held March 11 and March 12. Please find institutional allotment details below:

Saturday, March 11
Ticket Prices for the Institutional Allotment:
Chairback (100 level): $175 (includes VIP hospitality) – limited availability
Upper Level Sideline (200 level): $75
*VIP hospitality ticket includes access to VIP hospitality room (food and beverage included throughout the session)

Sunday, March 12
Ticket Prices for the Institutional Allotment:
Chairback (100 level): $150 (includes VIP hospitality) – limited availability
Upper Level Sideline (200 level): $75

Ticket Allotment Totals: Each team that qualifies receives 177 tickets to sell for Saturday across the two seating levels (25 chairback and 152 upper level). Each team that wins on Saturday and advances to the championship on Sunday will receive 202 tickets to sell for Sunday (50 chairback and 152 upper level). If a school has both men's and women's teams advance all numbers will be doubled for the overall institutional allotment. Seating locations will be based on seed.

Princeton Athletics will utilize a priority system in selling its allotment. Tickets in the Princeton allotment are now available for purchase by Friends of Princeton Basketball members, Princeton Varsity Club members and Princeton Basketball season ticket holders. If tickets remain in the Princeton allotment, Princeton alumni will be able to purchase on Wednesday, March 1.

To purchase your tournament tickets call the Athletic Ticket Office at 609-258-4849 during office hours (M-F from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.). When purchasing tickets please be prepared to specify which group you are associated with along with what team (men's or women's basketball) you will be supporting. On the call, you will also be asked whether you plan to attend the championship session on Sunday, March 12.

Tickets can be picked up day of game in the Rockwell Gymnasium located next to the Palestra. Entrance is through the Hutchinson Gymnasium. Spectators will be required to present a valid photo ID.
