Tigers Return to Van Cortlandt Park for Meet of Champions

The Princeton men's cross country team makes a return to Van Cortland Park for the second straight weekend to take part in the Iona College Met of Champions. The men's 8k race is scheduled for 10:45 a.m.
The Tigers haven't competed in this meet since taking second place in 2001 under head coach Mike Brady.
Last week, Princeton raced its middle distance crew on the same course for the Fordham Fiasco, which also serves as the site of the 2018 Ivy League Heptagonal Championship.
The Tigers are ranked No. 3 in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Mid-Atlantic regional poll.
Last season, Princeton was the runner-up at Ivy Heps with William Paulson and Conor Lundy going 2-3. Both return this season and look to get the Tigers back on top of the podium.
