Senior defender Claire Thompson had a three-point game with a goal and two assists while sophomore Sharon Frankel had a three-assist evening. Senior Karlie Lund scored twice and junior Carly Bullock had a goal and an assist.
Princeton's special teams went to work as the power play converted twice on six opportunities, while the penalty kill also had a tally - the Tigers' first short-handed goal of the season.
Colgate (7-5-1, 3-2) goalie Julia Vandyk was pulled after 40 minutes - making 20 saves on 25 shots. Replacement Liz Auby made stops on seven shots.
Princeton (5-2-2, 4-0-1) hosts Cornell tomorrow afternoon at 3 p.m., and looks to keep rolling unblemished in the ECAC.
