Princeton Announces NBC Sports Philadelphia Package For The 2018-19 Hoops Season

PRINCETON, N.J. – Princeton has announced a television package with NBC Sports Philadelphia that will feature six games with the hoops teams in 2018-19.

The men's unit will face George Washington on Dec. 1 (4 p.m.) on NBC Sports Philadelphia. Ivy rival, Penn, comes to Jadwin Gym for a men and women's doubleheader on Jan. 5. The women's game starts at 2 p.m., while the men tip-off at 5 p.m with both games on NBC Sports Philadelphia +. The regular season finale for Franklin C. Cappon-Edward C. Green '40 Head Coach Mitch Henderson's crew is against Yale (Mar. 9) gets underway at 6 p.m. and will also be on NBC Sports Philadelphia +.

The men's team will also appear on FS1 Dec. 9 against St. John's from Madison Square Garden, on ESPN2 Dec. 18 at Duke, on the Pac-12 Network Dec. 29 at Arizona State, and on ESPNEWS Feb. 15 against Harvard from Jadwin Gym. The Ivy League Tournament will also be on the ESPN family of networks, with the men's semifinals on ESPNU Mar. 16 and the final on ESPN2 Mar. 17. The women's semifinals will be on ESPN3 with the final appearing on ESPNU.

Head coach Courtney Banghart's group takes on Quinnipiac on Dec. 8 (7 p.m.). Quinnipiac reached the second round of the NCAA Tournament last season. Princeton welcomes Yale on Feb. 8 at 6 p.m. Those two teams split in the regular season in 2017-18, but the Tigers earned a victory over the Bulldogs in the Ivy League Tournament Semifinal. Those games will be on NBC Sports Philadelphia +.
