Five Tigers Named All-Ivy League in Women's Hockey

Sophomore Carly Bullock was named to the first team, while junior Karlie Lund, junior Stephanie Suchada, sophomore Stephanie Neatby and sophomore Claire Thompson took second-team honors.
Bullock ranks fifth in the nation in goals per game with 23 goals in 29 games. She led the Ivy League both points and goals with 16 points on 12 goals and four assists. She scored three game winning goals this season and assisted on another. She had 11 multiple-point games including two three point-games and in all was responsible for 31 percent of her team's goals going on a six-game goal scoring streak in January through February with 10 goals and three assists in six games. Bullock owns a +18 on-ice rating, and was an honorable mention selection last year as a freshman.
This is Lund's third All-Ivy honor, after being a first-team selection as both a freshman and a sophomore. She is second on the team in scoring with six goals and 15 assists for 21 points. In the Ivy League she finished second in point scoring with 13 points in 10 games. Lund had six multiple-point games, and when she does have a point the Tigers are 8-1-3. With a +10 on-ice average, Lund has won 60.9 percent of her face offs (382-245).
Like Lund, Sucharda is also capturing her third all-Ivy League honor. The team's best scoring defender, Sucharda has a team-high 16 assists and has scored twice for 18 points. Both of her goals came against top-5 ranked teams. She is +14 with 37 blocks. Fellow blueliner Thompson earns her first All-Ivy League honor as a sophomore. Thompson is fifth on the team in scoring and right behind Sucharda as a scoring defender with nine goals and seven assists for 16 points. Of her nine goals, three were game winners. In Ivy League action she is third among defenders in points with four goals and five assists in her 10 league games. She has a team-high 51 blocked shots and a +11 on-ice rating.
Behind the defense is Neatby picking up her second league accolade. In 23 games Neatby has a .935 save percentage and a 1.73 goals against average. This season she collected five shutouts and now has nine in her two-year career. She has totaled 564 saves and made five 30+ save games with two wins over ranked teams including a win over No. 1 ranked Clarkson. Neatby has the best save percentage in the Ivy League with a .950 and the second-best GAA at 1.30.
As the No. 6 seed in the ECAC Hockey Tournament, the Tigers will face No. 3 seed Cornell in a best-of-three ECAC Hockey Quarterfinal series this weekend at Lynah Rink.
