Senior Amir Bell will team up with three other Ivy League seniors in San Antonio this weekend.

Bell Invited to 3-on-3 Event in San Antonio

Princeton senior Amir Bell will be one of four players on the Ivy League team at the 3x3U National Championship in San Antonio beginning March 30 and continuing through April 1.
Bell finished his career as the 2018 Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year, 31st on the program's career scoring list (1,043) and sixth on the program's career assist list (313).
There are 32 senior-composed teams at the event, separated by conference, and Penn's Caleb Wood and Darnell Foreman and Dartmouth's Miles Wright will join Bell on the Ivy team. Each of the event's first two days will include 24 pool-play games streamed live on Twitter from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. The quarterfinals, semifinals and third-place game will be streamed on Twitter April 1 between 2 and 3 p.m. ET.
Games will be played at St. Mary's University's gym in San Antonio. The Ivy team is in a pool with the Atlantic 10 and Patriot League teams. The Ivy team will play Friday, Mar. 30 at 11:50 p.m. ET against the A-10 team and at 2:10 p.m. ET Saturday against the Patriot team, both on Twitter. The team that wins the pool will play at 2:35 p.m ET Sunday against the winner of the pool that includes the Big East, MAC, Big West and Atlantic Sun, with the winner of that playing in a semifinal at 4 p.m. ET Sunday. The final is set for 5:05 p.m. ET Sunday. All of the rounds through the quarterfinals will be on Twitter, and the semifinal and final will be on ESPN2.
The games will feature one basket on a half court with a 12-second shot clock. Baskets from inside the arc will be worth one point and outside the arc will be worth two points. The first team to 21 points or the team that's ahead after 10 minutes will win.
