Roth, Tornetta and Davey Named All-Americans

PRINCETON, N.J. – The national runner-up Princeton Tigers had three All-Americans, the National Field Hockey Coaches' Association announced today.
Clara Roth was honored on the Longstreth/NFHCA first-team All-American squad while Julianna Tornetta and Hannah Davey were on the second team.
Roth set career highs in goals (16) and points (43), both of which led the team. She led the Ivy League in goals (0.82) and points per game (2.14) while placing second in assists per contest (0.50). She placed inside the top 22 in the country in those categories as well. This is her second career All-America honor as she was a third-team member last season.
Davey was second on the squad in points (29) and tied for second in goals (12). The sophomore was in the top five among Ivy foes in in goals (.64) and points (1.50) per game.
Tornetta wrapped up her campaign with three goals and team-best 13 helpers. The junior led the Ivy League in assists per game (.68). This is also Tornetta's second All-America selection as she joined Roth on the third team in 2018.
