February 08, 2019 | Women's Ice Hockey
Freshman Maggie Connors had a four-goal game and finished with five points overall. She is the first Tiger to score four times in a game since Oct. 26, 2018 when teammate Carly Bullock net four on Yale. Linemate Sarah Fillier also had a five-point outing with one goal and four assists. They are the first two Tigers to have five-point games since Patty Kazmaier candidate Kim Pearce had six at Cornell on Dec. 2, 2006.
Junior defender Claire Thompson had a two-point game while MacKenzie Ebel, Sarah Verbeek and Mariah Keopple each scored. Sophomore Rachel McQuigge made 29 saves. Princeton was 2 for 4 on the power play. Brown went 1 for 3 on the power-play and utilized both Hayley Kliczko and Calla Isaac in goal, as they combined for 31 saves.
Princeton (16-3-5, 13-1-3) takes on Yale tomorrow at 3 p.m., at Ingalls Rink.
