The Princeton women's golf team is two rounds into the Valspar Augusta Invitational at Forest Hills Golf Club in Augusta, Ga., with one round set to come Sunday.
Maya Walton leads Princeton, tied for 47th overall at +8, and Sophie Siminoff carded an eagle when she made the par-five sixth hole in three in Saturday's second round.
Princeton stands 12th in the 12-team field at +44 with Texas Tech leading at -14 by six strokes over Purdue. Melati Putri of Purdue, Amy Taylor of Texas Tech and Ellinor Sudow of Charlotte all co-lead at -6 by three strokes.
