No. 7 Princeton Looking For Hewitt & Dauphiny Cup This Weekend

PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 7 Princeton women's opening rowing team welcomes Columbia, No. 14 Rutgers and No. 12 Wisconsin to Lake Carnegie on Saturday (Apr. 27).
With a victory over the Columbia, the Tigers will secure its second straight Hewitt and Dauphiny Cup. Last season, Princeton finished over 24 seconds ahead of Columbia.
Last Saturday was outstanding for Princeton as it recorded the top time (6:06.0) over No. 9 Yale (6:08.8) and No. 4 Texas (6:09.0). This victory gave the Tigers their 10th straight Eisenburg Cup. It was the first time that Princeton ever faced Texas in the regular season.
It's been quite the month for the Tigers as they've won each of their four events, securing the Class of 1984, Class of 1975 and Eisenburg Cups.
Princeton will host No. 19 Syracuse next Saturday (May 4) before the Ivy League Championships on May. 19.
