DERBY, Conn. – The two-time defending national champion Yale Bulldogs retained the Carnegie Cup, posting the top time over the No. 7 Princeton men's heavyweight rowing team and the Cornell Big Red on Saturday morning.

Yale secured a mark of 5:10 while Princeton nabbed a 5:14.7 with Cornell at 5:20.7. This is the Bulldogs' sixth straight Carnegie Cup. The 2V race was tight affair with Yale (5:17.7) pulling out a four-tenths of a second victory over Princeton (5:18.1). Yale also earned wins at the 3V by four seconds, the 4V by over two seconds and at 5V.

Princeton will host Brown next Saturday (May 4) at Lake Carnegie with a chance to regain the Content Cup. The race will be streamed on ESPN+.
