Whitfield Finishes Fifth in 400 Hurdles at IC4As

The weather limited the Tigers' performances on the final day of the 2019 IC4A Championships at Weaver Stadium. With wind gusts, steady rain and cold temperatures Princeton took part in two events.
Freshman Taraje Whitfield highlighted the day with a fifth-place finish in the 400 hurdles, clocking a 54.91 on the wet track. Junior Justice Dixon was sixth at 55.36.
All three triple jumpers also competed with senior Stefan Amokwandoh having the top jump for the trio with a 14.25 (46-9).
The list of those competing at the NCAA East Regional will be announced by the NCAA on Thursday, May 16.
