No. 7 Princeton Host No. 19 Syracuse in Final Home Race of 2019 at Lake Carnegie

PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 7 Princeton Tigers welcome the No. 19 Syracuse Orange to Lake Carnegie on Saturday (May 4).
Last season, the Tigers finished eight seconds ahead of Syracuse and 3.5 seconds in front of Wisconsin in the final home event of 2018.
This season has been stellar for the Tigers as they have won each event. Perhaps the highlight moment included posting the top time (6:06.0) over No. 9 Yale (6:08.8) and No. 4 Texas (6:09.0). Princeton has won the Class of 1987 and Class of 1984 Trophies along with the Class of 1975, Eisenberg and Hewitt/Dauphiny Cups.
This will be the final home race for the Class of 2019 (Lauren Barnard, Rebecca Blevins, Shuying Sarah Cheng, Claire Collins, Emily Erdos, Emily Kallfelz, Sadie McGirr, Hannah Paynter, Madelynn Prendergast, Ellie Sawyer, Shelby Shearon and Prabha Upreti). The group goes for their fourth straight Ivy League title on May 19.
