Walton Leads at William & Mary Invite Entering Monday's Final Round

A 4-under first-round 68 helped lift Princeton senior Maya Walton into the lead after two rounds at the William & Mary Fall Invitational Sunday on the Kingsmill Resort's River Course in WIlliamsburg, Va.
Walton followed that with a 2-over 74 to enter Monday's 9 a.m. shotgun start as the only player under par, at -2. UNCG's Tara Bettle is second at even par.
As a team, Princeton is fifth in the 10-team field at +31, eight strokes behind leader Boston University (-23).
