Bullock, Fillier Earn All-USCHO National Honors
March 27, 2020 | Women's Ice Hockey
Senior Carly Bullock and sophomore Sarah Fillier each added another accolade Friday as USCHO announced its teams of the top players in college women's hockey.
Bullock and Fillier were two of 18 players recognized on one of three All-USCHO team, each named to the second team. It's the second honor for Fillier, who was a second-teamer as a freshman in 2019.
The two were first-team All-Ivy honorees, first-team All-ECAC, ECAC All-Tournament team members, and two of the three finalists for ECAC Best Forward award. Fillier was also an AHCA second-team All-America for the second straight year.
Fillier finsihed the season as the team's points leader at 57, dishing a team-best 35 assists to go with 22 goals. With 114 career points and 70 assists, she is already more than halfway to the program's career records of 218 and 122. Her 57 points this season and last give her two of the seven highest-scoring seasons in program history, and her 35 assists this season and last give her two of the top six seasons in that category.
Â
Bullock's team-best 30 goals on the season made her the fifth player in program history to reach that number, and it helped her finish with 95 goals for her career, the most for any Tiger since 1997. Her 24 assists and 54 points were also career highs, allowing her to finish with 159 points, the sixth-most in program history.Â
Fillier and Bullock were both in the top 10 in goals per game and points per game, with Fillier second at 1.84 points per game and ninth at 0.71 goals, and Bullock second at 0.91 goals and eighth at 1.64 points.
The two helped Princeton to a program-record 26 wins, the program's first-ever ECAC tournament title, and to the NCAA tournament for the second straight year.
