Ali McCarthy Collects Ivy Offensive Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – Ali McCarthy was named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week following her six points in wins over Cornell and No. 5 Penn State.

McCarthy recorded the first two goals as Princeton took down Cornell on national television, 3-2, in overtime on Friday. She followed that with two helpers in the Tigers' 3-2 overtime victory over No. 5 Penn State on Sunday.

McCarthy has five goals and seven assists this season, dropping in 17 points, good for second on the squad.

No. 16 Princeton heads on the road this week to take on No. 12 Harvard in a battle of the two unbeatens in Ivy action.
