30 Tigers Named To IRA All-Academic Team

PRINCETON, N.J. – 30 Princeton Tigers rowers were named to the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) All-Academic Team, the organization announced.
To be eligible for recognition a student-athlete must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.35 or higher, completed one full year at their institution (freshmen and first-year transfers are not eligible), be an institutional letter winner and also competed at the 2021 IRA National Championship Regatta.
The heavyweight team had 13 members named to the squad including Mark Abramovitz, Ryan Beeler, Jelmer Bennema, Julia Campbell, Jens Clausen, Charles Coppieters 'T Wallant, Dan Gitelman, Frederik Johne, Gordon Johnson, Chloe Smith-Frank, William Stocovaz.
The men's lightweight unit had 10 members included on the team including Ethan Abraham, Carl Borsotti, Samuel Breckenridge, Riesa Cassano, Sydney Edwards, John High, Marcus Jonas, William Olson, Gianni Pompili, Peter Skinner, Tyler Skow and Henry Vecchione.
The 2021 IRA women's lightweight national championships had seven earned All-Academic honors including Annie Anezakis, Isabelle Chandler, Kailey Dubinsky, Rebecca Mays, Sarah Polson, Lauren Sanchez and Ashley Scott. This was the most among all women's lightweight programs.
