2021-22 Schedule
In March 2020, the Princeton women's hockey team earned its second consecutive NCAA tournament berth and won the ECAC Hockey tournament for the first time.Â
With the Tigers looking to follow that success beginning this fall, for the first time, the team's regular-season games at Hobey Baker Rink will be ticketed events.
"We had such an outstanding season in 2020, setting a program record for wins, returning to the NCAA tournament, and winning the ECAC Hockey tournament for the first time," Princeton head coach Cara Morey said. "We have been waiting for the chance to add to that history this season, and we are so ready for our fans to join us again at Hobey Baker Rink."
Schedule Notes:
- On Oct. 16, the Tigers will host an exhibition game against a National Women's Hockey League opponent to be determined. The event will be free to all fans.
- All of Princeton's non-conference games will be between Nov. 26 and Jan. 2.
- On Nov. 26 and 27, Princeton will have a two-game series against 2021 NCAA championship finalist Northeastern, Princeton's would-be opponent in the 2020 NCAA quarterfinals before the tournament was lost to the pandemic.
- On Dec. 3 and 4, Princeton will travel to Providence for the teams' first meetings since 2016, and on Dec. 10 and 11, Princeton will have a two-game series against Syracuse for the third straight year..
- On Jan. 2, Princeton will host Long Island, which is beginning its third season as a program.
- Princeton will have its ECAC Hockey schedule in two parts, beginning Oct. 29 at Yale and continuing through Nov. 20 at Cornell, and resuming Jan. 7 against Clarkson with the regular season concluding Feb. 19 against Yale.
- Princeton's three fellow ECAC Hockey tournament semifinalists from 2020, the last season the league played with all 12 teams, will visit Hobey Baker Rink on Jan. 7 with Clarkson, Jan. 21 with Harvard, and Jan. 28 against tournament final opponent Cornell.
- The team's annual Black Out Baker game is to be determined.

Are there any restrictions related to COVID-19?
Princeton University announced that beginning on August 1, 2021 indoor and outdoor gatherings will be permitted on campus and that those events may include visitors in addition to University personnel. We are excited to welcome our passionate fan base back to Princeton Athletics events.
Will there be any face covering requirements at Baker Rink?
As of August 5, 2021, face coverings are required on campus for unvaccinated individuals and recommended for vaccinated individuals. Social distancing is no longer required indoors or outdoors. The occupancy limits imposed for public health purposes are no longer needed. All guests, regardless of their vaccination status, should take the steps they feel appropriate to protect themselves while attending an event that could include unvaccinated people.
When will my season tickets be mailed out?
Season tickets will be mailed out in early October.
