Women’s Track and Field Set their Sights on the Wesley Brown Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University women's track and field team will travel back to Annapolis, Maryland for the Wesley Brown Invitational which begins on Friday, January 21st.

The Tigers are quite familiar with the Midshipmen, defeating Navy 103-77 on January 15th. Princeton set five top 10-school performances en route to victory.

In track events, Isabella Hilditch moved into fifth all time in the 200 meters (24.46) and Carolina Timm moved into eighth all-time in the 1000 (2:48.98).

In field events, Casey Burton's mark of 5.84 in the long jump placed her third all-time, while Emily Garner and Madeleine Wood each leapt 1.73 meters in the high jump, tying them for fifth-all time in program history.

Up Next: The Tigers will travel to Cambridge, Massachusetts for HYPs on Saturday, January 29th.
