
Matchup of Top-20 Teams, Ivy Unbeatens Set for Saturday as Princeton Hosts Cornell

Now, the teams will meet again, for the first time since that historic match that delivered Princeton its 500th Ivy League title across all sports. The dual will be part of a two-match weekend with the No. 20-ranked Tigers heading to Rider on Sunday.

On the series • Princeton's win over Cornell in 2020 was its first since 1986, delivering Princeton its first Ivy title since 1986 and ending Cornell's Ivy dual-match win streak that began in 2002. Princeton has won the last two over Rider since the Broncs' last win over Princeton in 2018.

Ayres' tenure has seen 10 All-America honors, all since 2016, where the program's previous 10 All-America honors came over a span of 33 years.
