Goals from St. Lawrence's Jessica Poirier with less than three minutes to go in the first period and from Suyeon Eom less than five minutes into the second period helped gave St. Lawrence a lead on the way to a 3-0 win over the Princeton women's hockey team on Friday night in Canton, N.Y.
The Saints won despite Princeton outshooting St. Lawrence 77-38 overall and 37-19 on goal.
Princeton will wrap the weekend at No. 10 Clarkson on Saturday in a 3 p.m. start.
