No. 4 Quinnipiac Takes First Half of Home-and-Home

With two goals apiece in the first and third periods, No. 4-ranked Quinnipiac was a 4-0 winner over the Princeton women's hockey team Saturday afternoon in Connecticut in the first half of a home-and-home between the ECAC Hockey travel partners.
The teams will meet again Saturday at 2 p.m. in Baker Rink. Tickets are available here, and the game will be streamed on ESPN+ as well as shown on NBC Sports Philadelphia+ and at 8:30 p.m. Sunday on SNY.
Four Quinnipiac players split the goals, with Maddy Samoskevich and Kate Reilly getting the two in the first period and Kendall Cooper and Olivia Mobley getting the two in the third period.
Quinnipiac had the advantage in shots on goal 27-21 and in overall shots 58-49. Saturday's game was Princeton's 10th against a top-10 opponent in 21 games this season.
