UNCW's River Landing Classic Ahead for Women's Golf Team

UNCW's River Landing Classic is ahead the Princeton women's golf team Monday and Tuesday at River Landing in Wallace, N.C.

Boston University, East Tennessee State, Elon, High Point, James Madison, Marshall, North Carolina A&T, Queens University, UNCG and UNCW will join the Tigers at the event, which is set for two rounds Monday, beginning with a 9 a.m. shotgun start, and one round Tuesday, again with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The course will measure 6,026 yards with a par of 72 for the event.

Victoria Liu, Catherine Rao, Tiffany Kong, Yu Kyung Kim and Grace Ni will be the Tigers' five with Caris Kim and Sophie Zhang-Murphy will compete individually.

The River Landing Classic follows Princeton's season-opening Columbia Classic, where the Tigers finished second as a team and saw Liu and Rao share medalist honors in a three-way tie.

Following the River Landing Classic, Princeton will have one more event before the Ivy League Championships in late April, heading to Osprey, Fla., for the Harvard Invitational April 8-9.
