PRINCETON – The Princeton Women's Basketball Team makes the trip to Chicago to take on the DePaul Blue Demons on Saturday afternoon. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m.

THE JOKER - Last Game Information
•Despite a double-double from Madison St. Rose, the Princeton Women's Basketball Team fell to the Duquesne Dukes, 76-66, at the UMPC Cooper Fieldhouse on Monday evening.
•St. Rose recorded her first career double-double with 22 points and a career-high 12 rebounds, adding two steals and two assists. Skye Belker contributed 14 points including a career-best four treys.
•Duquesne began the fourth quarter with a 14-0 run, turning around a six-point deficit to an eight-point lead, 70-62, with 4:49 to go. The Tigers got within six but couldn't get any closer.
Fadima Tall had six points and eight rebounds in her first career start while Cristina Parrella had seven points off the bench and was a team-best +5.
SCARECROW - Preseason Information
•The Princeton Women's Basketball Team was selected as No. 1 in the Ivy League Preseason Poll, the league announced.
•The Tigers earned 122 voting points and 10 of the 16 first place votes. Columbia was second with 110 points and five first place votes while Harvard was third with 101 points and one first place tally.
•Penn was fourth (75) followed by Brown (71), Yale (48), Cornell (30) and Dartmouth (19).
•The 2024-25 season got underway on Nov. 4 at Duquesne, who won 21 games and reached the WNIT last season. After a trip to DePaul (Nov. 9), the Tigers' home opener is against another postseason squad in Villanova (Nov. 13).
BRUCE WAYNE - Carla Berube Stats
•Carla Berube has been named to the 2025 Kathy Delaney-Smith Mid-Major Coach of the Year Award Watch List presented by Her Hoop Stats.
•In four playing seasons played under Berube, the Tigers have won four Ivy League championships, posting a 53-3 record against Ivy opponents during the regular season.
•Overall, the Tigers are 100-18 (.847) during Berube's tenure as head coach at Princeton with three Ivy League Tournament Championships and two NCAA Tournament victories.
•The 2023-24 season saw the Tigers win their fifth consecutive Ivy League Tournament title, nabbing a No. 9 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
•Princeton finished with a Net Ranking of 35 overall and had one of the toughest non-conference schedules in the country, taking on No. 3 UCLA on the road in addition to No. 20 Oklahoma and No. 19 Indiana on a neutral floor. The Tigers' victory over Oklahoma was the fourth top-25 win in program history.
ALFRED PENNYWORTH - Top Returners
•The top returning starter is Madison St. Rose. St. Rose, who was Second-Team All-Ivy last season, was second on the squad in scoring at 14.8 points per game.
•She raised her scoring output from 8.8 as a freshman to 14.8 as a sophomore along with her shooting percentage (.361-.423) and three-point percentage (.255-.340).
•St. Rose scored in double figures 24 times and surpassed her total field goals (169), three-point total (49-27), assists (40-20) and steals (51-28) from her freshman campaign.
•Another starter returning is Skye Belker who became only the fifth freshmen in program history to start every game. She averaged 8.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists while earning three Ivy Rookie of the Week honors with her signature moment coming vs. Columbia with 21 points and four assists.
•Another returner expected to slide into the starting lineup is Ashley Chea. The sophomore played in every game last year and produced 6.0 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists per contest. She shot 37.9 percent from deep on a little more than three attempts per game. Chea contributed 10 points vs. Columbia in the Ivy League Tournament Championship.
•Each of the bullet points are named after characters from the movie, the Dark Knight, which was filmed for a majority in the city of Chicago, where this game is being played. It's also one of this writer's favorite movies.
