Princeton bounced back from its first loss of the season last weekend to Harvard with a sweep of Dartmouth and will look to continue that with what would be the team's first win over Trinity since 2020. The Bantams have won the last two meetings, 6-3 in 2022 and 5-4 in 2023. Princeton has won 12 straight against Yale since the Bulldogs won in Jadwin in 2014. In New Haven, Princeton has won the last six since a Yale win in the Howe Cup tournament in 2012.
Trinity enters the weekend unbeaten at 8-0 and will be seeing its fifth straight Ivy League opponent in Princeton after wins over Dartmouth, Harvard, Cornell and Columbia. Yale stands 5-2 overall and 3-1 in the Ivy, having won three straight since its lone Ivy loss of the season to Harvard on Jan. 19.
Following the visit to Connecticut, Princeton will host its final match in its long history in Jadwin Gym when Penn visits on Feb. 10.
