WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Princeton men's track and field team showcased their prowess on Thursday night, resuming competition with remarkable success following their recent conquest of the 22nd outdoor Heps championship and 11th Triple Crown. As the postseason gains momentum, the team demonstrated unwavering dominance in various events.
Track events
Men's 5000m: Nicholas Bendtsen, fresh from a stellar performance at the Heps, clinched first place with a record-breaking time of 13:47.91. Conner Nisbet closely followed in second at 13:49.32.
Men's 400m: Gianluca Bianchi secured second place with an impressive time of 49.43.
Men's 110m hurdles: Easton Tan claimed third place with a swift run clocking 14.27 (14.265).
Men's 3000m Steeplechase: Brian Boler delivered a strong performance, finishing second with a time of 9:02.32.
Field events
Men's Discus Throw: Casey Helm soared to victory, setting a new meet record with a remarkable throw of 57.01m (187-0).
