PRINCETON, N.J. - The Princeton men's track & field team is set to compete in the 2024 NCAA National Outdoor Track & Field Championships this week from June 5th-8th at Hayward Field on the campus of the University of Oregon. Coverage of the meet will be provided by ESPN/ESPN2 for all days of competition.

How They Got There

Nicholas Bendtsen had a gutsy performance in the 5000m. On Friday night of regionals, Bendtsen showed tremendous determination, surging into twelfth place in the final stretch with a time of 13:59.82, securing the last qualifying spot.

Jackson Shorten delivered a remarkable personal best in the 3000m steeplechase at regionals. The sophomore ran an incredible time of 8:35.98, earning him a fifth-place finish and a well-deserved spot in Eugene.

Casey Helm had a standout performance in the men's discus at regionals. Helm secured his place at the nationals by placing eighth with an impressive throw of 56.81m (186-4).
