Princeton Shuts Out Morgan State, 46-0

BALTIMORE, MD. -- The Princeton wrestling team defeated the Morgan State Bears on Friday afternoon in Baltimore, 45-0, in a dominant performance down the line for the Tigers.
Drew Heethius (133) and Mikey Squires (184) earned falls against Shawn Ryncarz and Calvin Savage, respectively, while Sebastian Garibaldi earned a tech fall against Rasheen Duncan.
Senior captain Blaine Bergey (165) returned to the mat with a major decision over Cooper Lockhart. Marc-Anthony McGowan (125) and Joe Davi also earned major decisions over Julian Dawson and Myron Nixon.
Jake Mann, Xavier Giles and Diego Costa all earned decisions on the day to keep the Tigers ahead, while a forfeit win for Ty Whalen resulted in the final score of 45-0.
Up next, the Tigers will return to Pennsylvania to take on Clarion in a dual meet next Sunday, January 19th, with the first bout scheduled for 2 p.m.
