Women’s Hockey Falls To St. Lawrence

PRINCETON, N.J.- The Princeton women's hockey team faced off against the St. Lawrence Saints on Saturday afternoon.
Although the Tigers had 45-31 shots on goal advantage over the Saints, St. Lawrence took home the 1-0 win.
Alexa Davis scored the game's lone goal in the second period. Davis received the pass from Ella Nancarrow and sprinted up the ice to put the Saints ahead.
Princeton outshot St. Lawrence 35-13 with 22 on target, but were unable to find the back of the net.
The Tigers had several prime chances including a late power play but could not capitalize on the man up advantage.
Princeton will be back at Baker Rink for the third consecutive weekend when the team hosts Providence for a two game nonconference series.
