A 7-0 run by the Yellow Jackets gave them a 32-28 advantage at halftime. The Tigers got within one in the third stanza, but a 6-0 spurt gave Georgia Tech a 50-43 lead as the fourth quarter got started.
Tall registered seven consecutive points for Princeton over a 90-second span to shrink an eight-point deficit before Hutcherson's And-1 gave the road unit the lead for good.
Hutcherson was one of four in double figures, setting a new career high with 15 points along with six boards and four steals.
