April 25, 2025 | Women's Rowing - Open
PRINCETON – The No. 6 Princeton Women's Rowing Team welcome three-top 16 teams to Lake Carnegie on Saturday.
The No. 5 Tennessee Volunteers, No. 10 Syracuse Orange and No. 16 Ohio State Buckeyes make the trip to Lake Carnegie. The 1V gets the action started at 11 a.m., followed by the 2V (11:15), V4 (11:30), B4 (11:45), 3V (12 p.m.) and C4/D4 (12:15 p.m.).
Head coach Lori Dauphiny's team is coming off losses to No. 5 Yale last week including the 1V dropping to the Eisenberg Cup.
The first varsity has already taken home the Class of 1987 Trophy and Class of 1975 Cup this season. The Tigers defeated No. 7 Brown by 3.6 seconds along with victories over Harvard and Cornell by 6.5 seconds.
At the Paris Olympic Games in the summer, Princeton had four alumnae in Claire Collins '19, Kelsey Reelick '14, Emily Kallfelz '19 and Hannah Scott '21 represent their countries. Reelick '14 and Kallfelz '19 led the U.S. four to fourth overall while Collins' 19 helped the U.S. eight to fifth.
Scott '21 helped the Great Britian quad sculls to gold. Scott became the first rowing gold for Princeton since Caroline Lind '06. One day later, Nick Mead '17 joined Scott as he led the U.S. men's four to the top spot.
