PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton women's track and field team will return to Philadelphia for the Penn Invite, just a week after registering another strong team performance there last weekend with the Penn Elite.
Last Saturday, the Tigers left the Ott Center with wins in the 3000m, 60mH, and weight throw, with solid performances across all event groups.
Anna McNatt's 3000m performance highlighted the day, as she won the event and set a new NCAA #20 time of 9:06.64. She now sits at second all-time in the Princeton record book and seventh in the Ivy League's.
Angela McAuslan-Kelly also continued an undefeated streak in the weight throw, setting a new meet record with a throw of 19.69m.
With multiple school records and even an Ivy League record broken this season, Princeton has entered the indoor season strong and looking to build as they reach Heps at the end of February.
The Tigers, the defending Ivy League Triple Crown Champions, look to continue a streak of success this year after winning the 2025 cross country championship to kick off this academic year.
Last May, the Tigers completed their third Triple Crown and first since 2011 as they won the Ivy League Outdoor Heps Championship.
In the 2025 indoor season, the Tigers cruised to victory, making history as they scored in every event. Princeton claimed seven individual champions and a 4x800 relay win.
Champions returning to the track this indoor season include Julia Jongejeugd (pentathlon), Angela McAuslan-Kelly (WT), Georgina Scoot (TJ), Kelly (LJ), and Hannah Riggins (1000m). Stella Vieth and Maddie Cramer, two members of the 4x800 squad, also return this year.
The Tigers are led by Head Coach Michelle Eisenreich, in her 10th season at the helm. Eisenreich earned two Ivy League Coach of the Year awards last year in the indoor and outdoor track seasons. The Triple Crown was the program's first under her leadership.
