Morgan Bronstein joined the Princeton women's hockey staff as the Directory of Hockey Operations for the 2025-26 season following a season as the Women’s Ice Hockey Operations Coordinator at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
“Morgan is truly a jack of all trades,” head coach Courtney Kessel said. “She’s young, driven, and eager to continue developing in our game. Her passion for hockey is obvious, and it’s clear she’s ready to grow and contribute in any way she can. We’re really looking forward to welcoming her into our Tiger family!”
At RIT, Bronstein was in charge of equipment operations, in game video tagging and replay using Catapult Thunder, helped to plan and execute prospects and community camps, coordinated all travel, meals and scheduling and supported the coaches and players on the ice with daily practices
Bronstein worked on the coaching staff for TeamONE Hockey this summer, serving as the coach for the girl's teams from age 10-19. Bronstein previously served as a graduate assistant at Boston College working with the hockey operations from August-November 2023.
Bronstein has worked closely with USA Hockey over her career, including working hockey operations with the senior national team and collegiate teams for August Festival from 2021-25. She also was selected to work hockey operations and video for the USA Development Campis in 2022, 2023 and 2025. In the summer of 2023, Bronstein worked on the hockey operations staff for USA Hockey, serving as the U15 Girls Camp Hockey Operations Lead.
Bronstein received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Connecticut College in 2023 and a master's degree in sports administration from Boston College in 2024.
