Princeton Falls To Colgate, 62-39

HAMILTON, N.Y. (AP) - Alvin Reed scored a season-high 16 points and Kyle Chones added 11 to lead Colgate to a 62-39 victory over Princeton on Saturday.
It was the second consecutive win for Colgate (4-3) and second straight loss for Princeton (1-3).
Chones contributed his second double-double of the season, finishing with 11 points and a career-high 15 rebounds. Reed registered two assists to move into fifth place in Colgate history in that category.
Colgate ended the first half ahead 21-11 and never looked back.
The Raiders shot over 51 percent while holding Princeton to under 33 percent from the field. Noah Savage scored 13 points and Patrick Ekeruo added 9 for the Tigers.
Colgate snapped a three-game losing streak against the Tigers, winning for the first time since January 1982.
Princeton still holds the advantage in the all-time series, 18-6.
