Princeton Men?s Basketball To Hold Orange and Black Scrimmage and Clinic Nov. 18

PRINCETON, N.J. - Princeton basketball fans will have the opportunity to see the 2006-07 men's basketball team take the court, while kids will have the chance to participate in an exciting basketball clinic, when the 2006 Orange and Black Scrimmage and Clinic takes place Sat., Nov. 18, from 4:30- 6 p.m. in Jadwin Gymnasium.
Following the football game against Dartmouth, the men's basketball team will conduct a public intrasquad scrimmage on the main floor at Jadwin starting at 4:30 p.m., The clinic is then scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m.
The Orange and Black Clinic will provide young Tiger fans (ages 5-13) the opportunity to learn new skills from a talented cast of Princeton players, including leading scorer Kyle Koncz (15.0 ppg) and senior captain Justin Conway.
The Tigers (2-1) are currently three games into a seven-game road trip to start the season. They open their home schedule at Jadwin Gymnasium on Wed., Dec. 6, against Patriot League foe Lehigh at 7:30 p.m. in the second half of a doubleheader. The women take on NJIT at 5 p.m. in the day's opener.
Season tickets for men's basketball are available and can be purchased by the general public at a cost of $105 for adults and $95 for youths. Tickets for all 11 home games are also available forPrinceton faculty and staff for just $95. Season tickets for women's basketball are $30, or tickets may be purchased at the gate for $5 (adult) and $3 (youth). Season ticket holders enjoy an extraordinary discount over day-of-game pricing and priority seating as well as an invitation to Season Ticket Holder Day on January 6.
Memberships for the official youth fan club of Tiger Athletics, the Tiger Cub Club, will also be available at the event. The cost to become a member is $20 per year and $15 per year for additional children in the same family. Members receive FREE admission to all home football, women's basketball and men's lacrosse contests as well as select men's basketball and ice hockey games, along with a member T-shirt and card, a seasonal newsletter, an invitation to the Tiger's Birthday party and more!
