Princeton Men?s Basketball To Air On WBUD, WPRB. Men?s Lacrosse To Be Heard On WPRB

The Princeton University men's basketball team will split its schedule between WBUD AM 1260 and WPRB FM 103.3 this season. Princeton's entire men's lacrosse schedule will be heard on WPRB.
Dan Loney returns as play-by-play voice of the Tigers and will be heard on the WBUD and WPRB games. Ahmed El-Nokali, the former Princeton point guard, and Jerry Price, who enters his 17th year broadcasting Princeton athletics, will join Loney as color commentators during the season.
The majority of the games, including the season opener Friday at 5:30 against Loyola (Ill.) in the BCA Classic at Ohio State, will be heard on WBUD. A total of either 10 or 11 games will be on WPRB (depending on whether or not Princeton wins or loses in its opener in the BCA Classic). The third game in the BCA event Sunday and the game at South Carolina Dec. 20 will also be on WPRB, while the remainder will be games after the New Year.
Price and Ed Benkin will again be the broadcasters for the men's lacrosse games.
All men's basketball and men's lacrosse games will also be heard free of charge on www.goprincetontigers.com, as will selected women's basketball, women's lacrosse and men's hockey games.
